Life in ministry requires a community and we certainly lean on ours. Following four days at the Retreat at Church Creek, The Pastors Collective offers ongoing support and encouragement through our Learning Cohorts.

Cohorts are small groups of 4–6 people who meet virtually once a month over four-months to learn, relate and reconnect.

 

Together we will learn skills necessary to flourish in ministry and encourage each other on the journey.
